At Casket Studio, every piece is created with intention and attention to detail. We encourage mindful purchases and are committed to ensuring you receive the right product in the right condition.

1. Returns

We currently do not offer returns for refunds.
However, we do provide exchanges under specific conditions listed below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item
You require a size exchange

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Email us with clear images along with your order details

Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup and replacement at no additional cost.

4. Size Exchange

A one-time size exchange is allowed per order
A reverse shipping fee of ₹200 will be applicable
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

This helps us maintain operational efficiency while continuing to offer quality products at fair pricing.

5. Product Condition

To be eligible for any exchange:

The item must be unused and unwashed
All tags must remain intact
The product must be returned in its original packaging

All returned items undergo a quality check.
Items that do not meet the above conditions will be sent back.

6. Non-Eligible Requests

We do not accept exchanges for:

Change of mind
Personal style preference
Minor color or design variations

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions and screen settings.
