We begin processing your order within:

  • 24 hours of confirmation for COD orders

  • Instantly for prepaid orders

Our standard production and dispatch window is 7 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing timeline.

Estimated Delivery Time

You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for multiple shipments.

Casket Studio will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it promptly to maintain our 7-day dispatch commitment.

Therefore, cancellations or modifications may not be possible after order confirmation.
