Welcome to Casket Studio.

We design with intention and emotion. But to keep things fair, transparent, and legally sound, the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.casketstudio.com  (the “Platform”).

By accessing or purchasing from Casket Studio, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with parental or legal guardian consent.

2. Product Representation & Accuracy

a. Color Variation Disclaimer

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your device screen, monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

Casket Studio does not guarantee exact color matching.

b. Size Guide Responsibility

A detailed size chart is provided on each product page. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing measurements before placing an order.

Size-related return requests due to failure to check the size chart may be subject to return approval as per our Return Policy.

3. Pricing & Taxes

·        All prices are listed in INR (₹).

·        All prices are inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.

·        We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm:

·        You are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

·        All information provided is accurate and complete.

We do not store debit/credit card details. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is offered at our discretion.

We reserve the right to:

·        Disable COD for specific pin codes

·        Disable COD for customers with a history of order rejection

·        Require telephonic or WhatsApp verification before dispatch

If a confirmed COD order is rejected at delivery or marked as Return to Origin (RTO) due to customer refusal or incorrect address, we reserve the right to:

·        Recover applicable RTO shipping charges

·        Restrict future COD access

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays or force majeure events.

If a shipment is returned due to:

·        Incorrect address

·        Customer unavailability

·        Order refusal

RTO charges may be deducted from refunds or charged separately.

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory for Claims)

To raise any claim for:

·        Damaged items

·        Missing products

·        Incorrect products

A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

·        Begin from the sealed package

·        Clearly show the shipping label

·        Show the full unboxing process

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

8. Returns, Refunds & Fair Use

Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of:

·        Used or worn garments

·        Washed items

·        Damaged products not due to manufacturing defect

·        Removal of original tags

·        Signs of misuse

Fair Use Clause

Casket Studio monitors return patterns. Repeated excessive returns, wardrobing (buying, wearing, and returning), or policy abuse may result in:

·        Return refusal

·        Account suspension

·        Permanent ban from future purchases

9. Product Care Disclaimer

Each product includes wash-care instructions on the label and/or product page.

Casket Studio is not liable for damage caused due to failure to follow recommended wash-care instructions.

10. Fabric & Allergy Disclaimer

Our garments are manufactured using various fabrics and dyes.

Casket Studio shall not be liable for skin reactions, allergies, or sensitivities resulting from fabric materials or dyes.

Customers with known sensitivities are advised to review product details before purchase.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and content on this Platform are the exclusive property of Casket Studio.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, resale, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Consumer Complaints & Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

·        Consumer complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours.

·        Every complaint will be resolved within 30 days from the date of receipt.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

·        Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product in dispute.

·        We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

·        We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform operation.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including:

·        Natural disasters

·        Government restrictions

·        Strikes

·        Pandemic disruptions

·        Logistics breakdown

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access if misuse, fraud, or policy violation is detected.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Daund, Maharashtra, India.

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
