1. Returns

We currently do not offer returns for refunds.  
However, we do provide exchanges under specific conditions listed below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- You require a size exchange

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Please notify us within **48 hours** of delivery
- Email us with clear images along with your order details

Once approved, we will arrange a **free pickup and replacement** at no additional cost.

4. Size Exchange

- A **one-time size exchange** is allowed per order
- A reverse shipping fee of **₹200** will be applicable
- Exchange requests must be raised within **48 hours** of delivery

This helps us maintain operational efficiency while continuing to offer quality products at fair pricing.

5. Product Condition

To be eligible for any exchange:

- The item must be **unused and unwashed**
- All tags must remain intact
- The product must be returned in its **original packaging**

All returned items undergo a quality check.  
Items that do not meet the above conditions will be sent back.

6. Non-Eligible Requests

We do not accept exchanges for:

- Change of mind
- Personal style preference
- Minor color or design variations

7. Color Disclaimer

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.  
However, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions and screen settings.

8. Shipping Charges

- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Reverse shipping fees for size exchanges are applicable as stated above

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or limited clearance drops are **not eligible for exchange.
